EGA Customer Portal

EGA had a unique request. How to expose a complex SAP back-end and phone/fax based system of selling Aluminium onto a modern web based platform?

EGA customer portal

Perfected over the years, the EGA Customer Portal is a modern, fully responsive platform enabling EGA's users to monitor, track and purchase Aluminium on-line. Working seamlessly on multiple platforms, including, desktop, mobile and tablets the EGA Customer Portal is tailor for user experience. Our usability experts made sure that all user journeys were intuitive and enriched their experience.

Planning workshops with different departments and obtaining feedback from the target audiences allowed us to define the information architecture (IA) and build interactive wire frame prototypes.

Under the hood, a complex SAP integration and web service layers are making sure the information flow is secure, accurate and efficient.
