In order to enable customers to personalise their flight experience, Emirates Airline commissioned Revonic to connect their in-flight entertainment systems to the pre-flight experience.
Using cutting edge technology, React Native, we developed a new mobile application (ICE) that enables passengers to select their favourite movies, TV shows and music playlists ahead of their flight; all accessible in just one click. This enabled us to use mobile to drive omnichannel customer experience.
To assist Emirates in becoming the leading mobile airline experience, Revonic was tasked with comparing the Emirates app against other top-rated airline apps.
We compared ten airline mobile apps and delivered a fully comprehensive report that benchmarked Emirates against its competitors as well as identified enhancements to elevate Emirates’ mobile app as the leading airline booking experience.
