What is Expo 2020:

Expo is a large-scale global event organized and facilitated by governments that serve to educate the public, share innovation, promote progress and foster cooperates. This will be the first World Expo in the MENA & SA region.

The UAE was successfully selected amongst tough competition with the theme of “Connecting minds, Creating the Future”.

The Challenge

Revonic has been commissioned to work on a large programme of unique initiatives and products of Expo 2020:

Expo 2020 Global Participant Portal

Expo required a platform that seamlessly enabled the future participants to register, onboard and meet all prerequisites through a digital platform ahead of the participating and attending the Expo. This essentially includes every person who will attend Expo in any capacity.

Schools Programme

For Expo Schools programme they required a digital platform that enabled schools to educate their students, register, book attendance and pay fees in relation to being part of the Expo School Programme. Drive attendance & educate over 1.3m students and 16,000 schools on the importance of Expo 2020’s initiatives.

District 2020

District 2020 needed a platform which can start attracting interest towards the districts assets which will be utilised for retail, leisure and entertainment purposes. The website should play pivotal role in terms of creating awareness and driving demand for sales.
