Salik is Dubai's road toll system, managed by the Dubai Road & Transport Authority (RTA). Revonic was chosen to take up the task of revamping the UX and CMS of the Salik website. The requirement was to provide an improved service to motorists by integrating current platforms and making the Customer Experience (CX) managed across platforms in Sitecore CXM. Sitecore was the chosen platform as it can meet all current requirements and provide a platform for the future; to enhance the CX, optimize their services and future-proof the website.

The website functionality consists of both public-facing services such as customer support and account activation, as well as token-authenticated services that allow customers to manage their account, vehicles or balance.

RTA Salik’s website has made Revonic the first home-grown digital agency in the UAE to win a Sitecore Experience Award.

The Sitecore Experience Awards is an international competition held on an annual basis. Winners are selected in several categories within each region. The nominations list is based on input from partners, customers, the press, analysts and colleagues.
