Following the creation of a holistic digital strategy, driven by numerous facets of data, (Online Analytics, Loyalty platform data, CRM and POS) Revonic defined a new strategy that would create an new user experience for the UByEmaar Website. In summary this required a hyper personalised approach to ensure ongoing user engagement.
U By Emaar is the glue that binds the Emaar entities together. When a member visits UByEmaar.com they need to feel that this is the centre of the Emaar world.
Whilst UbyEmaar’s loyalty program has been in existence for some time, there was a need to re-activate thousands of members who had become dormant within the program from the perspective of collecting “U Points” and also redeeming them. In addition to this, UByEmaar needed an optimised digital strategy and online user experience to drive the online acquisition of new members to grow overall market share.
Informed by a new digital strategy, Revonic launched a new website with an optimized user experience that personalised the experience in real time based on user behavior and pre-elected preferences.
