Mercedes-Benz was in the process of modernising and re-structuring their online digital presence, when Revonic was selected for the task. The aim was to establish Mercedes-Benz as the leading car brand in the online space in the Middle East. Revonic built a lifestyle and conversion focussed digital presence across 25 countries within the Middle East for Mercedes-Benz.

Centralised content repository for 40 regional sites

Our unique implementation of 40 regional sites, in English and Arabic, included a control engine that automatically distributes content and marketing assets across all sites. These sites are managed through a single content management system, giving Mercedes the ability to have centralised content repository with brand control.

Utilising user insights to make informed decisions 

We focussed on a digital UX approach, using KPIs to proactively test the website, continuously improving the user experience to meet business objectives.The ultimate objective was to drive qualified online enquiries for all dealerships through relevant and personalised user experience.  

The foundation for a long-term relationship

Having successfully achieved this goal, Revonic went on to update and manage the Mercedes-Benz platforms for a further 8 years. Mercedes-Benz ME aims to keep their position as the most valuable premium automotive brand in the region and through their strategic partnership with Revonic, this is evident in their current online presence.
